Mindfulness Without Borders - @ School and @ Work

Youth - Mindfulness Ambassador Program, is a curriculum program offered via training from Mindfulness Without Borders (2012). Sessions support social emotional development for use and are based on discussion, group participation and experiential practice. 

Work - Mindful at Work is a multi-session group program for the work space. This can be delivered from one to eight sessions.
